Advertising Rates
Advertising can be bought for a period of time on a flat rate for standard banners or at a CPM rate of $2.50 per 1000 banner exposures for premium banner ads. Since our typical standard banner ad gets in the neighborhood of 8000 exposures per day buying on a yearly basis is cheaper, but the ad size is smaller. Trial purchases of shorter durations are also available.

We offer some of the cheapest targeted advertising on the net. All Standard Banner ads are bought through the automated system by clicking on the Advertising Products below. Premium sized banner ads can be purchased by contacting steve@igreatlakes.com for information. Exclusive banners in certain forum topics can also be purchased at additional cost after going through the automated system linked below.
*Your banner ad is shown in a random rotation on all forums except those forums that have an exclusive advertiser. Currently there are less than a dozen forums network wide that have an exclusive advertiser. Email us for details if required.
Banner Requirements
Standard banners must be 468x60 pixels and no larger than 50k. They can be in gif or jpg formats and may be animated. Premium Banner Ads are 728x90 pixels in size and can be rich media banners. Banner ad design is available for an additional charge. We recommend that you have multiple banners available as click through rates seem to increase with multiple banners per advertiser.Traffic Statistics
Below is a report from Google showing the traffic for our entire network of sites for the trailing year. All sites in our network showed double digit growth. All together our network had over 6,000,000 visits in that year. That's a lot of eyes on your banner.
